Ordering
Select a product from the online store selections and add it to your shopping cart with the green "Add to Cart" button on the right side of the product page. Your shopping cart is displayed in the upper right corner and you can edit it by clicking the "show shopping cart" button. You can continue shopping, or switch to pay. Fill in your details and choose the most suitable delivery and payment method for you. Once you have paid for your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email and mobile phone - we will send your order within 1 business day, at which time you will receive another notification of the shipment and your shipment tracking code. The normal delivery time for mail is 1-2 days.
All products in our online store are immediately available. There is no minimum order limit for orders, so you can only order what you really need. You will receive more from us quickly, with a delivery time of 1 working day.
All products have a full 14 day return policy. The product can be returned free of charge as a customer return. The returned product must be unused and unchanged.

Breeder orders
Customers with a registered breeder's name (kennels / catteries) are entitled to a breeder's discount and benefits. When registering, fill in the Breeder Information at the bottom of the Koiranruokatukku.fi online store registration form. Approved breeder names will be added to our breeder register within 1 business day, after which the online store will automatically identify you as a breeder customer.
Inquiries about orders
All registered customers can manage their own account information, check their orders and their progress using "My Account". You can also view all your previous orders, as well as print invoice copies.
