Products and product prices

All products in our online store are in stock, can be delivered immediately with a delivery time of 1 working day (including pallet orders). The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentations. Prices include VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. There is no minimum order limit for orders, so you can only order what you really need. Get more from us quickly, with a 1-day delivery time!

Wholesale prices available for resellers in Finland and in other countries. VAT can be excluded (VAT 14 % for all feeds and VAT 24 % for all other products), for export customers. Delivery time is just 1-2 working days for export too.


Delivery methods and costs (inc. shipping to Finland, Åland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)

The delivery method is selectable by the customer and the delivery cost charged for it is order-specific, regardless of the size of the order.

- Vending machine 2.90 € (pick-up from an automatic vending machine in several malls and grocery stores) - ONLY IN FINLAND
- Postal package (inc. Parcel Baltic & Parcel Connect) 2.90 € (pick up from the post office or postal agent)
- Postal parcel (delivered to home) 6.90 € (Postal parcel is delivered to your door) - ONLY IN FINLAND
- PostNord MyPack Collect 2.90 € (pick-up from any PostNord collect point, local Matkahuolto's office, local Pakettipiste's automatic package machine or eg K-market, Siwa, Valintatalo or Euromarket store pick-up point)

Delivery costs are not charged if the order is at least € 69.00 (free home delivery is also available from the delivery methods).

However, we reserve the right to change the carrier without prior notice.


Payment methods

Customers can pay for their e-commerce orders with the payment methods available in the shopping cart.

- Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard:
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. For payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. The payment intermediation service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.

We will send the products you have ordered by post or PostNord (of your choice) as soon as possible, almost without exception, within 1 working day of receiving the order. Delivery time for pallet orders is the same, 1 working day from order. However, if any of the goods in your order have run out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

Breeder orders

Customers with a registered breeder's name (kennels / catteries) are entitled to a breeder's discount and benefits. When registering, fill in the Breeder Information at the bottom of the online store customer form. Approved breeder names will be added to our breeder register within 1 business day, after which the online store will automatically identify you as a breeder customer.

Product return policy

All products have a full 14 day return policy. The product can be returned free of charge as a customer return. The returned product must be carefully packaged (as it was packaged and shipped to the customer). The returned product must be unused and unchanged.

Product error correction

If the delivered product is damaged, you can make an error message about the product and leave the so-called damaged product. as a customer return to the mail. In this case, you do not have to pay the postage. At the same time, please let us know if you will return the product and want the money back or if you would like us to send a similar product to replace the damaged one. For a refund, please provide an account number.


We operate in accordance with Finnish law. The customer has the right to refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
